Farinas Ilocos Empanada is a restaurant specializing in famous Ilocano food. It was launched and established last December 2011 by the married couple Mr. Brian and Mrs. Hazel Farinas who thought of putting up a place where people can experience great Ilocano food that can be found in the metro.

The primary goal of Farinas Ilocos Empanada is to promote the Ilocos culture and local heritage by showing how Ilocano dishes can compete with other food businesses.

From a mom-and-pop concept, the couple has seen the potential of Farinas Ilocos Empanada and began to expand the business and have opened 15 more branches in Visayas Avenue, Malingap St., Xavierville, Sta. Mesa, Marcos Highway, Better living, Malugay, J.P Rizal, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Cavite Batangas.

Having 15 company-owned branches, Farinas Ilocos Empanada has also developed an additional variety of Ilocano dishes that our customer surely like. We offer bagnet meal, Pinakbet, Ilocos Miki, Pancit Bagnet, Crispy Dinuguan, Kare-Kareng Bagnet Meal, Salted Egg Bagnet and of course the brand would not be known without the famous Ilocos Empanada. Each product is made of fresh ingredients straight from Ilocos which are 100% authentic.
